Pastry Strudel House, a wholesale commercial bakery has been in business for the past fifteen years. Chef Roland Schneider, a German chef, is the creator and mastermind of all the delicious recipes. Although Ganache (Pastry Strudel House’s retail location) is now closed we are still proudly baking for various five star hotels, convention centers, and high-end banquet facilities and we would like to thank you for your patronage.
